Based on Kali which is an indigenous Filipino Martial Art (FMA) also known as Arnis or Escrima covering a wide range of skills at all ranges. This course includes various stick combinations; single stick, double stick, and empty hand. With our impact training courses you will learn single stick long and short and how to adapt your every day items to defend yourself. You will be trained to use a Kali stick which is rattan between 28-30 inches long and a short baton of 10-12 inches
